Emma is a mother of 3 beautiful sons , she’s a qualified Nurse, Midwife, Health Visitor, Independent Nurse Prescriber ,Columnist Clinical Trainer, Aesthetic Practitioner, the co owner and Medical Director of Elite aesthetic clinic . Emma has over 25years nursing experience , in 1992 at the age of 19 Emma started her nursing career in Altnagelvin Hospital once qualified she gained a vast amount of general nursing experience, she worked for numerous years in the field of gynaecology looking after women from menarche to menopause , she help developed a local menopause clinic in the city in 1998/99 . Emma trained as a midwife at Queens University Belfast and Altnagelvin hospital , and later she trained at Jordanstown university where she qualify with a high commendation as a public health nurse specialist, she practiced as a Health Visitor in the city for over 14years , so it’s safe to say she has a vast amount of experience working with women health issues . Emma trained in Aesthetics in 2012 with an array of prestigious doctors in the renowned Harley street where she attained excellent skill and knowledge. Emma’s initial aesthetic plans stems from working with scars, mindful of the emotional and psychosocial impact a scar can have on a person , Emma’s mum is a surviour of Breast cancer and was left with significant physical scars . Emma began to research various treatment to address these scars , from that She was introduced into the wonderful exciting field of aesthetic medicine . At elite Emma and her team are focused on safety in aesthetics, innovating the future – understanding the needs of their clients and consumers, continuously adapting to the evolving changes within the aesthetic industry.
